Where are you located?

We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire on the outskirts of the city centre. If you are visiting us for the first time we recommend using Google Maps to find us as we are based on a private road, other sat navs apps are likely to take you the wrong way.

We also have plenty of free parking on site.

What are your opening hours?

We are open for consultations on the following days

Weds - 10am - 4pm

Thurs - 10am - 4pm

Fri - 10am - 4pm

Sat - 10am - 4pm

Although our consultation times are fixed, we will always try to accommodate our clients needs. If you have an alternative time which suits you better please contact us and we will do our best to create a solution.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer, cash and online payments are taken via Paypal.

Do you offer credit options?

Currently we do not offer credit options at this time.

Do you buy gold?

We purchase scrap gold for cash or bank transfer, if you wish to sell gold to us you can make an appointment for us to view, test and weigh your gold. Identification is required on the day for you to sell gold to us.

Do you provide jewellery insurance?

We do not currently offer jewellery insurance but personal jewellery cover can be purchased through T H March who have

over 125 years of experience in arranging insurances for the

jewellery trade and their customers

Do you offer a remodelling service?

Yes, we do. Please use the contact form here to get in touch with us regarding your pieces, we can alter existing items or fully remodel your heirloom treasures into new jewellery. If you need some inspiration you can check out our gallery of previous work created using our customer’s own gold and diamonds.

How long does bespoke jewellery take to make?

Each piece of jewellery is unique in it’s production time, however, we recommend you allow up to 12 weeks for the entire process as stone sourcing and design changes can take time dependent on your exact requirements.

Do you offer valuations?

Our valuations are carried out by a member of the Institute of Registered Valuers, which means we can provide comprehensive valuations for Insurance purposes, Probate or Antique Valuations.

We recommend that customers update their valuations every 3 years to ensure their pieces are fully insured based on inflation.

My rings don’t fit can you resize them?

We offer a full repair and restore service in our workshops, including ring resizing, rhodium plating, re-shanking, claw re-tipping, stone replacement etc. you can book an appointment for repairs here.

Do you work internationally?

We are lucky to have customers all over the globe, we can work with customers all over the world with the support of video calls and email consultations. Our specialist couriers are able to deliver to various countries. Get in touch with us here to discuss your needs.
