Our role is to guide you through each stage of the process, from designing to sourcing and choosing your stone at your appointment in our studio.

We offer a relaxed and informative environment, arming you with the knowledge needed for us to create the perfect ring for your partner.

The process of excellence

Choosing an engagement ring can appear to be a daunting process, but we aim to make the journey enjoyable and informative. At every step of the way we are on hand to guide you through each stage listed below.

  1. Appointment Schedule

    You can schedule an appointment with us here. We will ask you various questions to help establish some initial ideas and design requirements prior to your appointment.

  2. Your Consultation

    Your appointment will take place either in our studio or if via video call. During this time we will browse sample collections and on occasion you will view a range of stones sourced for you.

  3. Designing

    Once a design idea is established we will create a three-dimensional render of the ring, minor changes can be made at this stage up to three times before final sign off is required.

  4. Production

    After final sign off on the design we can begin production, our master craftsmen and craftswomen carefully bring your design to a reality, with techniques which have been handed down through generations of goldsmiths before them. This includes the manufacturing process of setting stones, engraving, polishing and finishing of the ring before a final inspection is made prior to delivery.

  5. Delivery

    The day has arrived for you to collect your precious piece, those few heart beating moments before the box opens fully and your masterpiece is revealed are truly priceless!

    We have a range of options when it comes to sourcing materials, like Fairtrade Gold, Single Mine Origin Gold and Recycled Platinum to name just a few. We also work with independent suppliers to provide ethically sourced gemstones fully traceable from mine to market.
